What is a Pilates Session?
Each Pilates session is a 55-minute class with a Stott-certified Pilates trainer guiding you through Pilates exercises individualized to your needs , goals, and body, whether you are a beginner or an athlete.  The exercises are designed to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination.  Each piece of equipment will challenge the body differently.
Private Session: 1 instructor per 1 client

Semi-Private Session: This is the same as a private except you share your session with a friend or another client.  The benefits of a semi-private are:
* Less expensive
* Fun of working out with a friend/partner
Group Session:  3 or more clients with one trainer.  The instructor will take you through a full body workout using your individual abilities.

A class is fun; as you have the energy and motivation of the other participants. This enables a steady pace is maintained throughout. It is also a cost effective way to receive your Pilates experience.
Equipment classes: A class that incoperates all equipment.  We suggest that you take at least 5-10 private sessions. This will enable you to learn the exercises and to individualize your strengths and weaknesses.
